  • All custom orders are made-to-order.
  • Standard processing and production require 2–3 weeks from the date your order is confirmed (in most cases, 2 weeks).
  • Additional production time may be required for complex or bulk orders. Customers will be notified of estimated timelines during checkout.

  • Once production is complete, orders are shipped via expedited delivery within 5–8 business days (Canada & U.S.) or 5–7 business days (EU & Middle East).
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • Tracking details are provided immediately once your order has been dispatched.
