    • Toronto Sportswear is responsible for handing the package to the carrier but is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping providers, or weather events once the item is in transit.


4. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard Items:

    • Customers may return standard, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

  • Custom Products (Customer Acknowledgement):

    • Custom products (e.g., sublimated hockey shells with team logos) are made specifically for you and are non‑refundable unless defective.

  • Refund Process (Merchant Responsibility):

    • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

    • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, text, and imagery on torontosportswear.com are the exclusive property of Toronto Sportswear.

  • Customer Obligations:

    • You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing our content without express written permission.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Merchant Responsibility:

    • Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product sold.

  • Exclusions:
