• Production Timeline: All custom orders are made-to-order. Standard production requires two (2) weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

• Shipping Timeline: Once production is complete, orders are shipped within seven (7) working days.

• Total Delivery Time: From order confirmation to delivery, please allow approximately three (3) weeks (two weeks for production + seven working days for shipping).

• Shipping Method: We ship exclusively through DHL, FedEx, or UPS, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery worldwide. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• International Production & Expedited Delivery: All orders are produced internationally and delivered through expedited courier methods to minimize transit time.
