Most orders take 3–4 weeks including production and shipping — faster than the 4–6 weeks offered by most competitors. Production begins within 1–2 business days after the deposit is received. Orders of 50+ pieces receive a custom timeline at the time of order.

Please send logos in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) for the sharpest print quality. Non-vector logos incur an additional art fee. Design services are free on orders over CAD $100 — otherwise a small design fee applies.

Minimums are small and vary by product — you'll find them listed in each product's description.

Changes or additions can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After that, your order is already in production.

Shipping is free on all orders. We ship across Canada and the USA with tracked couriers, and shipping time is included in the 3–4 week turnaround.

All prices are listed before the taxes applicable to your province.
